Thank you for purchasing digital products from 24hr Mobile Tyres LTD.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Digital Products

All products sold through this website are digital downloads including vehicle repair images, tyre repair images, roadside assistance images and automotive image collections.

No physical products are shipped.

No Right to Cancel After Download

By purchasing a digital product and starting the download process, you expressly agree that:

  • delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase;
  • you consent to immediate access to the digital product; and
  • you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may be lost once the download or access begins.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • the purchased file is corrupted or damaged;
  • the file cannot be downloaded despite reasonable attempts;
  • the product delivered is materially different from the product description;
  • duplicate payments were made in error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not normally be provided where:

  • the customer changes their mind;
  • the customer no longer requires the image;
  • the customer purchased the wrong image;
  • the customer did not read the product description;
  • the customer lacks the software required to use the files;
  • the customer has already downloaded or used the files.

Technical Problems

If you experience problems downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide replacement download links where appropriate.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase and must include:

  • order number;
  • purchase date;
  • description of the issue encountered.
